Founder & CEO
With over two decades of experience in the sales industry, Joe Krammer has built a distinguished career marked by exceptional performance and groundbreaking achievements. Raised in the SF Bay Area, Joe began his sales journey as a realtor in the early 2000s. This foundation in real estate laid the groundwork for a seamless transition to tech sales, starting with Looker in 2015.
At Looker, Joe quickly rose through the ranks, from SDR to Senior SDR, SDR Manager, Account Executive, and Strategic Account Executive. His strategic mindset and relentless drive led to the acquisition of major clients and significant market growth. This success continued at HubSpot, where Joe secured some of the company’s largest accounts, including the second-largest in its history, and earned accolades such as the Rising Star award and Presidents Club recognition three years in a row.
In 2019, Joe took on the role of Sales Director at eAbstract LLC, where he implemented innovative sales strategies that transformed the company’s revenue streams. This diverse background, combined with a degree in Political Economy from Berkeley, has equipped Joe with a unique perspective on the intricacies of sales processes across various industries.
Leveraging this extensive experience, Joe founded Growth Impact LLC, where he developed the Consensys Selling System—a revolutionary approach to B2B sales. This system, rooted in collaboration, consultation, and consensus-building, has been designed to replicate the high-level success Joe achieved throughout his career.
